JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in incinerator-related mechanical systems. The candidate should have knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment, SCADA-based monitoring systems, and thermal processing equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor and maintain mechanical systems associated with incinerator operations.
- Handle mechanical equipment such as conveyors, shredders, mixers, and thermal chambers.
- Use SCADA systems for process monitoring and equipment control.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure smooth equipment operation.
- Maintain equipment performance records and maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

- Conveyors: Material handling systems,



conveyor mechanisms, and maintenance.
- Shredders: Shredding equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Mixers: Industrial mixing systems and mechanical components.
- Thermal Chambers: Thermal processing equipment and temperature control systems.
- SCADA Systems: Basic understanding of SCADA-based process monitoring and equipment integration.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Robust mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation and SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate with electrical and automation teams.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
