Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Design Intern / Fresher to join our team. The candidate will work on drone mechanical components, laser-cut designs, 3D enclosures, mechanical assemblies, and product development.

This role is suitable for freshers with a basic understanding of mechanical design who are interested in gaining practical experience through engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Design laser-cut parts and prepare DXF files for manufacturing.
- Design 3D enclosures for electronic products and components.
- Design drone frames, motor mounts, brackets, and other mechanical components.
- Create mechanical assemblies and check component fitment and clearances.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and material details.
- Assist in component mounting and the integration of electronic parts into mechanical assemblies.
- Support prototyping, 3D printing, and product development activities.
- Maintain design documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion 360 is preferred.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions,



and tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of laser cutting and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of mechanical components, assemblies, and mounting techniques.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components such as PCBs, connectors, and switches.
- Basic understanding of aerodynamics, including lift, drag, thrust, and airflow.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and design techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech./B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience can apply.
- Candidates with relevant academic projects or practical CAD design experience are encouraged to apply.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

- Basic knowledge of 3D printing and prototype development.
- Familiarity with DXF, STEP, STL, and other common CAD file formats.

Interest in drone technology, mechanical systems, and product development. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
