Role & responsibilities

- Develop 3D piping models using Bentley OpenPlant Modeler.
- Model pneumatic conveying systems for fly ash, including vacuum and pressure conveying pipelines.
- Develop layouts for compressed air, ash slurry, water and other utility piping.
- Model piping components including bends, valves, fittings, expansion joints and supports.
- Generate piping general arrangement drawings, isometrics and material take-offs.
- Coordinate piping routes with equipment, structural steel and civil engineering.
- Perform clash checking and incorporate engineering revisions.
- Maintain accurate line numbers, equipment tags and model documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience with Bentley OpenPlant Modeler preferred.
- Experience in industrial piping and plant engineering.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs;, piping specifications and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD / MicroStation.
- Experience in thermal power, cement, steel, bulk material handling or process plants preferred.
