Role & responsibilities

- Develop integrated 3D plant layouts using Bentley OpenPlant Modeler.
- Position and integrate mechanical equipment, piping and structural elements.
- Incorporate 3D equipment models developed in SolidWorks into the plant model.
- Develop plant arrangements for ash handling, coal handling and BOP systems.
- Coordinate equipment foundations, nozzle connections, piping interfaces and structural supports.
- Check equipment access, maintenance clearances and erection requirements.
- Generate plant general arrangements, equipment layouts and associated drawings.
- Coordinate with mechanical, piping, civil and structural engineering teams.
- Carry out clash detection and resolve model interface issues.
- Assist in developing standard 3D equipment libraries and modelling procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Practical experience in 3D plant layout engineering.
- Bentley OpenPlant Modeler experience preferred.




- Candidates experienced in AVEVA E3D, PDMS or Smart 3D may also be considered.
- Ability to interpret mechanical equipment GAs, vendor drawings and engineering documents.
- Familiarity with model integration, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience in power plants, ash handling, coal handling, cement or industrial EPC projects preferred.

Candidates must:

- Be hands-on 3D modellers capable of independently producing engineering models and drawings.
- Understand industrial equipment and piping arrangements.
- Be comfortable working with engineering teams on live EPC projects.
- Have experience generating deliverables from 3D models.
- Be capable of meeting project schedules and maintaining drawing accuracy.
