We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive (MBA HR) to manage and support our HR activities and employee requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee queries.
- Support employee engagement and performance management.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Support day-to-day administrative and HR activities.

Qualification:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (HR).
- 2-5 years of HR experience preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes.

Experience: 2–5 years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
