Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead sales operations for TMT Bars and Cement products across Bihar. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, established connections with contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors, and the ability to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors across Bihar.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and business deals with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product demand.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships.




- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and regular performance updates.
- Coordinate with management, logistics, and operations for smooth product delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the TMT Bars and Cement industry.
- Robust knowledge of the Bihar construction and building materials market.
- Established network with contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors in Bihar.
- Proven experience in sales team management and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with a strong existing network of contractors and builders across Bihar and proven experience in steel, TMT Bars, or cement sales will be preferred.
