Role Description The Marketing & Sales Intern will support daily marketing and sales activities in a full-time, remote role.

Responsibilities include assisting with market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, helping develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns, and contributing to digital outreach initiatives. The intern will help the sales team with lead generation, follow-up communication, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day tasks also involve supporting customer service efforts,



preparing marketing and sales materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote SSMT Solutions’ services.

The role provides hands-on exposure to both marketing and sales processes in a technology-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support development of Marketing Strategy.
- Interest in and basic understanding of Sales processes, including lead generation and follow-up.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and common tools (e.g., social media platforms, email campaigns, basic analytics) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
