1. Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to promote the hospital's clinical services, specialized departments, and health packages.
- Community Outreach: Build strong relationships with local doctors, general practitioners, corporate partners, community leaders, and local organizations to drive patient referrals.
- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital media, print, outdoor advertising, and local events/health camps.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and supervise the Marketing Executives to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, analyze patient demographics, and identify new growth opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Public Relations: Manage the hospital's public image, handle patient feedback positively, and coordinate community welfare programs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership marketing role (healthcare industry experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.




- Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Field Marketing & Networking: Act as the primary face of the hospital in the field, visiting local clinics, corporate offices, and community networks to promote hospital services.
- Health Camps & Events: Assist in organizing and executing free medical check-up camps, wellness seminars, and promotional events.
- Referral Generation: Continuously work on expanding the referral network of doctors and healthcare facilitators.
- Promotional Distribution: Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, pamphlets) and ensure brand visibility across target regions.
- Reporting: Maintain regular logs of field visits, prospective leads, and feedback from the community, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development (healthcare/pharma background is a plus).
- Energetic, outgoing personality with exceptional persuasion and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within Uttar Dinajpur and nearby regions.
- Graduation in any discipline.
