Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote loan products, generate potential customer leads, and drive loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, explaining loan products, and coordinating with financial institutions to facilitate loan processing and approval.

Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other loan products.

Identify potential customers through field marketing, telecalling, referrals, and digital marketing.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.

Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan applications and approvals.

Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.





Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily lead and sales reports.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

12 Pass, Any Graduate / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.

13 years of experience in loan sales or financial services marketing.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Solid customer relationship management skills.

Basic knowledge of banking, loan products, and financial documentation.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.
