About the Role & Training Program
We are looking for an energetic, growth-minded Marketing Executive to join our team in Bengaluru.
Beyond driving marketing and sales, this role includes a structured Mentorship & Learning Track powered by My Wealth Junction. You will work directly under an industry mentor to be trained and empowered in one of four core financial domains:
1. Insurance
2. Mutual Funds
3. Accounts
4. Real Estate
While gaining foundational expertise in your chosen domain, you will lead hands-on market outreach, client acquisition, and campaign operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentorship & Domain Learning: Train under a designated mentor to gain practical, working knowledge in Insurance, Mutual Funds, Accounts, or Real Estate.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and connect with prospective individual and corporate clients.
- Sales & Outreach: Execute on-ground outreach and direct sales meetings across Rajajinagar and surrounding areas.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing:
Support localized digital campaigns and basic social media branding.
- HR & Pipeline Coordination: Assist in team coordination, track outreach data, and manage client follow-ups using MS Office and CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Male / Female candidates welcome).
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years (prior experience in sales, finance, or customer service is a plus).
- Skills: Strong communication, willingness to learn financial products, basic MS Office/CRM skills, and proficiency in regional/local languages.
- Mandatory Logistics:
- Valid driving license and own 2-wheeler for local transit.
- Personal laptop for reporting, training, and operational tracking.
