Speakers and sponsors management

- Reach out to prospective speakers and sponsors, and follow up properly

- Coordinate with confirmed speakers: collect bios, headshots, talk details, travel and hotel needs

- Be their main point of contact from yes to stage

Attendees management

- Handle registrations and answer questions

- Follow up with people who start signing up but do not finish

- Help anyone who gets stuck, before and during the event

Marketing and social media

- Design posts, banners and speaker cards in Canva

- Publish and schedule across LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels

- Keep the drumbeat going between announcements

Content capture: Video and photos

- Shoot video and photos at meetups and at the summit

- Hand footage to our editor with transparent notes

- You do not need to edit, but you do need to capture usable material

After the summit

- Run the Beyond Search Community meetups across cities

- Grow and look after the community





- Support brand and marketing work at PageTraffic

What we are looking for

- Excellent spoken and written English. You will be emailing speakers in the US, UK and Australia, and hosting them when they land

- Presentable and confident with people. You will represent us to speakers, sponsors and attendees

- Comfortable in Canva. You can produce a clean social post without a designer

- Organised and reliable on follow-up. Most of this job is remembering to chase the thing you said you would chase

- Willing to do outreach. Cold emails, follow-ups, and not taking silence personally

- 2 to 5 years in marketing, events, community, partnerships or client servicing

- Willing to travel within India for meetups, and to be on your feet during the summit

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
