Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Interns to support our unsecured loan sales operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, communicating loan product details, and assisting customers throughout the initial loan application process.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and financial services.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate potential customer leads through telecalling, digital marketing, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain unsecured loan products, eligibility criteria, features, and benefits to potential customers.
- Promote personal loan and other applicable unsecured loan products.
- Follow up with interested customers to improve lead conversion.




- Assist customers with the initial loan application process and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and processing teams for lead updates.
- Maintain customer details, lead records, and daily sales activity reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, calling, and sales targets.
- Ensure professional communication and maintain customer confidentiality.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer handling.
- Confidence in interacting with customers over phone calls.
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Any graduate or final-year graduate with relevant availability may apply.
