Marketing Apprentice (Internal Communications)

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, maintain, and track the internal communications calendar to ensure timely execution of communication initiatives.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather content, manage approvals, and drive communication campaigns.

- Develop engaging content for internal channels including emails, newsletters, intranet, and employee engagement platforms.

- Support planning and execution of employee engagement programs, awareness campaigns, events, and contests.

- Monitor communication and engagement metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve effectiveness.

Profile:

- MBA (Marketing) with robust written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, SharePoint, or similar content creation tools is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

- Good to have: Exposure to the telecom industry and an interest in technology-driven businesses.
