About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development & Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work across outbound lead generation, B2B executive outreach, and social media marketing. This is a high-impact, full time hybrid internship designed for someone looking to build a strong foundation in corporate sales, B2B marketing, and leadership development client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn and other corporate platforms. Assist with content calendars, post ideas, caption writing, and community engagement.

B2B Lead Generation: Conduct detailed prospect research to identify potential corporate clients, targeting decision-makers such as HR Heads, CHROs, L&D; Leaders, and Senior Business Executives.

Cold Calling & Telemarketing: Outreach to prospective corporate clients, introduce our executive training and leadership development programs, qualify leads, and secure discovery meetings.

Email & LinkedIn Outreach: Draft and execute personalized email sequences, connect with key stakeholders on LinkedIn, send tailored follow-ups, and maintain professional communications.

Database Management & CRM: Build and curate target prospect lists,



keep CRM records accurately updated, and track all outreach pipeline metrics.

Business Development Support: Coordinate meeting schedules between prospects and senior leadership, follow up on interested leads, and assist in converting pipeline opportunities.

Campaign Analysis: Assist in executing marketing initiatives and tracking performance metrics like engagement rates, responses, and booked meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

Spoken & Written English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage professionally with C-suite and senior corporate leaders.

Core Competencies: Strong interest or prior experience in B2B Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Social Media Marketing

Availability: Available for a full-time, hybrid internship setup.

Proactive Mindset: Comfortable making outbound calls, navigating corporate structures, and driving daily outreach activity.
