Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our sales and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting company products, developing strong professional relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and present company products to potential customers and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, retailers, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Explain product features, benefits, and specifications effectively.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and expand the company's customer network.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales updates, and customer records.
- Attend meetings, promotional events, and product presentations as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
