The Marketing and Communications Senior Consultant based in Bangalore, India, has the objective of supporting the Marketing & Communications department's goals. This role will contribute to business growth, improve CGI Partner experience, and strengthen CGI's employer brand and market visibility.

Supporting our APAC business functions, the business partner has a strategic role that involves partnering with different teams while planning and organizing time and resources to deliver impactful and relevant messages. This role contributes to translating business priorities into effective marketing and communications strategies and delivering high-quality, targeted content that supports both internal and external objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will:

- Align with the overall Marketing & Communications team goals
- Execute global and regional Marketing & Communications campaigns
- Develop a local Marketing & Communications strategy in support of the Corporate Services strategic goals and in partnership with stakeholders
- Write Marketing and Communications content for the intranet, CGI.com, presentations, MS Teams, social media content for, Instagram and LinkedIn, recurring newsletters, email campaign content, marketing collateral for brochures and flyers, and audio and video content
- Draft executive memos and emails for CGIs Business Units
- Copyedit content which includes the above and other collateral for digital or print media
- Leverage current and existing channels to reach employees with core messages; develop a messaging framework that informs, engages and inspires.




- Publish campaigns on internal and external platforms (Intranet, email, website, internal collaboration platforms, social media)
- Analyze, track and monitor performance indicators and KPIs across all channels to continuously improve external and internal communications.
- Encourage feedback, interaction and discussion with our stakeholders and employees.

Other responsibilities

- Ensure the quality of the CGI Brand and compliance with the department’s outputs
- Ensure messages are clear, concise, and use the CGI tone of voice
- Knowledge of CGI Brand guidelines and its periodic updates to ensure that the output requirements adhere to CGI’s template standards.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

- 4-6 years of experience working in Marketing and Communications disciplines, preferably in an IT or professional services company
- Proven ability to independently design and execute multi-channel campaigns
- Professional maturity and executive presence – the ability to achieve and maintain excellent relationships with the executive team and other stakeholders
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
- Must have knowledge of integrated M&C; planning, message development, marketing and sales collateral, events management, advertising, and communications activities
- Knowledge in AI applications that support copywriting, primarily Grammarly, ChatGPT and CoPilot
- Basic knowledge of the design functions of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of commitment to deadlines.
- Background in branding, graphic, and layout design is an advantage
