1. Manual Tester (QA Engineer)

2. Video Editor

Candidates will get an opportunity to work on real-time projects, gain practical industry experience, and develop professional skills under the guidance of our experienced team.

Position 1: Manual Tester – Fresher (QA Engineer)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understand project requirements and prepare clear test cases and test scenarios.

- Test Android, iOS, and web applications for functionality, UI, and usability.

- Identify, document, and track bugs with steps to reproduce and screenshots.

- Perform smoke testing, regression testing, and re-testing after every build.

- Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes.

- Maintain test reports and checklists using Excel / Jira.

Position 2: Video Editor – Fresher

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

- Create promotional videos, product demos, explainer videos, and marketing content.

- Add transitions, captions, animations, music, and sound effects.

- Perform basic colour correction and audio enhancement.

- Create visually appealing content based on project requirements.

- Work on company branding, promotional campaigns, and client-related video projects.

- Stay updated with trending video formats and editing techniques.

- Organise project files and deliver videos within deadlines.

- Coordinate with the team to understand creative requirements.

Requirements

Position 1: Manual Tester – Fresher

Educational Qualifications:

- B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA or any graduate.

- 2024–2026 pass-outs are welcome.

Required Skills:





- Basic knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and different types of software testing.

- Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and bug reporting.

- Basic knowledge of functional, smoke, and regression testing.

- Familiarity with web and mobile application testing.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and patience.

- Good written English skills for preparing bug reports.

- Comfortable using smartphones and different web browsers.

Good to Have:

- ISTQB Foundation certification or any testing course certificate.

- Basic knowledge of SQL, Postman (API testing), or Selenium.

- Internship or academic project experience in testing.

Position 2: Video Editor – Fresher

Educational Qualifications:

- Any graduate or relevant degree/diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Film Making, or Mass Communication.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of video editing concepts and techniques.

- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

- Understanding of transitions, effects, animations, and video formats.

- Basic knowledge of colour correction and audio editing.

- Creativity, visual storytelling skills, and attention to detail.

- Ability to understand creative instructions and meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.

- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.

- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools.

- Understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends.

- Previous editing projects, internships, or a personal video portfolio.

Employment Terms & Conditions

- The first 4 weeks will be a training period without stipend.

- Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will undergo a 5-month internship with a stipend.

- Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a full-time employment opportunity.

Candidate Evaluation Process

The selection process consists of two rounds:

1. Technical Interview (Virtual)

- Manual Tester: Assessment of testing concepts, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.

- Video Editor: Assessment of editing skills, creativity, and practical knowledge of editing tools.

2. Manager Interview (Face-to-Face)

To evaluate communication skills, attitude, teamwork, professionalism, learning ability, and overall suitability for the role.

Probation Period

- Upon joining as a full-time employee, candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period.

- Technical performance, learning ability, discipline, and teamwork will be evaluated.

- The probation period may be extended based on performance, if required.

- The company reserves the right to discontinue employment during the probation period if performance is unsatisfactory.

Confirmation of Employment

Candidates who successfully complete the probation period will be confirmed as full-time employees of the company.

Service Agreement

Selected candidates will be required to sign an 18-month service agreement with the company upon joining.
