A. KEY JOB FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible to meet Transport Budget month on month basis.

- Ensuring timely maintenance for all Ryan vehicles as per Transport regulations

- Adhering the SOP to cater service excellence to Internal & External Customers.

- To negotiate Maintenance costs with all Transport suppliers par below Budget.

B. SPECIAL TASK RESPONSIBILITIES TO FUNCTION:

- Responsible for meeting Budget / P& L month-on-month basis.

- Responsible for achieving two new customers monthly with support sales personnel and succeeding in business development constantly.

- Engaging current transport vendors with proper agreed rates and contracts for Mofusil and local movement utilization.

- Technological investment like GRPS and software to be implemented and utilized effectively cost recovery to be meet.

- Monitoring GPRS via mobile or computer and pull-out reports, share and inform to reporting authority.

- Responsible for increasing business turnover and plan for increasing fleet.

- Proposals to be submitted to the management for building a new warehouse within the shed area and scope of business opportunities.

- Responsible for overall cost reduction wherever possible.

- Responsible for overall Driver and Vehicle Management.

- Responsible for engaging all the vehicles on a monthly basis.

- Responsible for Vehicle documents as well as movement documents including E-Way bills.

- To ensure proper safety/security of all vehicles at any given point in time.

- Periodical inspection of each vehicle at the shed upon arrival for the level of diesel,



condition of tyre /battery / electrical fitness/availability of tools and record the condition/fitness of the vehicle for the next trip.

- Ensure that the vehicle is examined completely when admitted for repair/ servicing, before clearing for trip.

- To arrange for repair or servicing of the vehicles as required, either in-house or at the authorized workshop with competitive rates with prior approval from management.

- Ensure to maintain proper records for tools, spares, tyres, consumables-purchase, usage, and inventory stock details.

- To ensure tools, spares, consumables purchased are genuine / original and are from authorized dealers at competitive rates with proper GST invoice and Vendor seal and signature.

- To submit a report every month on the quantum and value of the spares/replacement/consumables used vehicle wise.

- Sale of used spares and consumables with prior intimation given to the management.

- Ensuring proper compliance for road transport regulations like driving license /FC/Insurance/Permit and payment of periodical road tax.

- Participate in any other adhoc work like buying / selling of vehicles.

- Ensure having Tyre maintenance record with monthly updating to finance team.

- Represent company with all statutory authorities and Responsible for on time renewal of property tax / Patta / land related issues along with FC/Insurance/RTO related and update.

- Send dispatch details for internal / External customers on or before of 10:30 am

- Analyze and Support to reduce the expenses to increase Transport GP.

- Generating E Waybill for Ryan Transport movement with close coordination with the import team for Part -B.Role & responsibilities
