Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manager – Strategic Growth & Operations to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. The role involves working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, analyse business performance, and ensure effective execution of organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies for growth.
- Translate business objectives into actionable plans and track execution.
- Analyse business performance, revenue trends, and key operational metrics.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects.
- Monitor business targets, project milestones, and key deliverables.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Support leadership in business planning, performance reviews,



and special projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Strategy, Strategic Growth, or Business Consulting.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, or Technology industries is preferred.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Understanding of business growth strategies, revenue models, and operational metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables independently.

- Experience working with the COO Office, CEO Office, or Founder's Office.
- Exposure to strategic business projects and leadership-level initiatives.
- Understanding of P&L; management, business planning, and revenue growth.
- Experience in scaling business operations within an EdTech organisation.
- Experience preparing management presentations and business review reports.
