Role & responsibilities - Literature survey including knowledge to use sciFinder/Reaxys, Google scholar patent landscape & other literature.

B - Designing routes of synthesis based on literature or alternate routes.

C- Characterization using mass , NMR & IR

D - Impurity profiling as per ICH including organic impurities, GTis, Nitrosamines, solvent impurities, elemental impurities.

F -Lab documentation & draft manufacturing record

F - Tech Transfer & Plant implementation

Coordinate with cross functional teams like ADL, QC, QA, RA Tech Transfer & Manufacturing.
