Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Own and maintain books of accounts with high accuracy and timeliness
- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements (IGAAP; Ind AS preferred)
- Deliver MIS reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with variance analysis
- Provide guidance on accounting standards and regulatory changes

Audit, Controls & Compliance

- Ensure audit readiness and lead statutory audits
- Strengthen SOPs and Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
- Oversee compliances: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Companies Act
- Coordinate with auditors and stakeholders for smooth closures

Treasury, Covenants & Systems

- Ensure compliance with lender and investor covenants
- Manage cash flow, fund flow, and working capital




- Lead ERP implementation, automation, and process improvements

Team Leadership & Culture

- Lead and mentor the finance team
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 2-6 years of post-qualification experience

Ideal Background

- Experience in Big 4 firms (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC)/Industry
- Followed by industry experience in financial reporting
