- Translate design briefs and seasonal calendars into fabric development plans.

- Source and develop performance knits (jersey, interlock, pique, fleece, mesh, spacer) with nominated and current mills.

- Manage sampling, handlooms, lab dips and testing to meet development milestones.

- Negotiate development cost, MOQ and lead time; set up bulk-ready fabric.

- Build the knit fabric library and hand over approved fabrics to Bulk.

- Bring recent technologies to the brand (recycled, moisture management, stretch).
