Sourcing/procurement for electronic components: ICs, semiconductors, capacitors, resistors, connectors, relays, switches, sensors, cables, PCBA, power supplies, displays

Supplier handling: OEMs, authorized/franchise distributors, international suppliers

Robust exposure to international sourcing (mandatory: China; preferred: Taiwan/Singapore/Malaysia/other Asian markets/USA)

Tracking availability/shortages, allocation, EOL/PCN, and ensuring on-time delivery
