Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Valuation Expert to join our team handling valuations for US clients. You will help with ESOP valuation, gift/estate valuation, 409a, ASC805 (business combinations), and manage client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform valuations under US standards: business,409a, ESOP, gift/estate, and purchase price allocations (ASC805)

- Build financial models, run sensitivity analyses, support assumptions

- Prepare valuation reports and present findings to clients

- Interact with clients: gather information, clarify doubts, defend valuation outcomes

- Coordinate with audit, tax, and crossfunctional teams

- Stay updated on valuation standards, market trends, and regulatory changes

Requirements

- 3 to 6 years of handson experience in US valuation, including ESOPs, gift/estate, and ASC805

- Solid financial modeling skills, Excel proficiency

- Good understanding of US GAAP and relevant valuation rules

- Excellent communication and client management skills

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
