- Assess lab dips and bulk shade bands visually and under light box; approve or comment.

- Manage colour standards and submission cycles with mills and the brand.

- Advise PD and Bulk teams on construction, finish and test failures.

- Resolve shade variation and shade-band issues in bulk with mills and QA.

- Maintain the colour and test approval tracker with the data entry support.

- Open to travel to mills across globe for alignment purpose.
