Asian Media Group is a UK-based global media publishing and events organisation, managing a diverse portfolio of newspapers, magazines, digital platforms, and high-profile business award shows across the UK, USA, and India. We work closely with B2B clients, senior corporate leaders, editorial teams, and sales divisions across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales for print (newspapers & magazines), events (award sponsorships, booths, partnerships), and digital campaigns.

Independently prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close current business opportunities.

Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring repeat business, renewals, and upsells.

Develop integrated commercial packages (print + digital + event activations) tailored for USA advertisers and agencies.

Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and align with USA business calendars.

Collaborate with internal teams (Editorial, Events, Production, Social Media) to deliver client activations.

Prepare sponsorship decks, proposals,



and contracts, and coordinate with Finance for invoicing and collections.

Represent AMG in client meetings, industry events, and sponsorship forums.

Requirements

4–6 years of proven experience in media, publishing, events, or corporate sponsorship sales.

Demonstrated success in USA market sales (agencies, advertisers, or global brands).

Strong track record in advertising sales and event sponsorships (B2B & B2C).

Proven ability to individually close high-value deals while also contributing to team-wide growth.

Excellent commercial acumen — pricing strategy, margin analysis, and complex deal negotiation.

Established network of agencies, advertisers, or sponsorship buyers.

Hands-on CRM and advanced Excel skills.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Comfortable working USA shift and engaging with stakeholders in real time.
