Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
- Ensure quality is maintained throughout the entire design and manufacturing process .
- Carry out regular inspections and monitoring activities across all footwear production sites
- Evaluate suppliers and ensure materials and products meet desired quality standards
- Perform root cause analysis and work with corrective actions to effectively prevent any future quality issues

Stay up to date with changing trends and developments in quality control and monitor customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction Implement continuous improvement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

*Provide feedback and training to staff in order to ensure consistency and accuracy in quality control
