Role Description: The manager will oversee transportation management, vendor and partner procurement, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and coordinate with stakeholders. Daily activities include data analysis, preparation of management reports and monitoring KPIs.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities:

- Source and negotiate air and surface freight rates; maintain knowledge of routes, connections, and transit times
- Prepare quotations, cost analyses, and timely RFQ responses
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage logistics vendors
- Coordinate with all stake holders

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in pricing analysis, cost modeling, and commercial negotiation, with the ability to design competitive rate structures.
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract management




- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets and BI tools
- Knowledge of express logistics operations, hub-and-spoke networks, and service-level requirements across different customer segments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
- Prior experience in a pricing, procurement, or commercial management role in logistics
