- Coordinate with all SBUs, departments, and project sites across Power Mech Projects Limited to collect quarterly employee performance ratings.
- Follow up with the respective HODs and Reporting Managers to ensure timely completion and submission of performance ratings.
- Consolidate and verify the performance ratings received from various departments and sites.
- Prepare quarterly performance rating reports and payment statements for management review.
- Coordinate with the management to obtain the necessary approvals for the release of quarterly Performance Linked Pay (PLP).
- Having hands-on experience in handling two quarter of PMS.
