Role & responsibilities

HRIS Management

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Information System (HRIS) - Empxtracks.

- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data through regular audits and data validation.

- Design and implement streamlined, user-friendly HR processes, SOPs, and documentation.

- Ensure HR systems comply with applicable data protection and statutory regulations.

- Generate reports from HRIS and payroll systems to support business decisions and statutory compliance.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

- Develop and manage efficient payroll processing systems, including salary structures, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory payments, sales incentives and Exits.

- Coordinate timekeeping, attendance, and payroll integration to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

- Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.

- Liaise with internal and external auditors; manage payroll audits and statutory inspections effectively.

Performance Management System (PMS)





- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Performance Management framework.

- Present and interpret performance evaluation outcomes to leadership for informed decision-making.

- Conduct market benchmarking and analyse competitor practices in Compensation &

Benefits to provide strategic recommendations.

- Partner with the Rewards & Performance Management Head to strengthen performance-linked reward strategies and drive a high-performance culture.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree with MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, and HRIS operations.

- Solid hands-on expertise in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (advanced functions & reporting), PowerPoint, and Word.

- Prior experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Pet Food industry will be a distinct advantage
