Role Description The Manager | Overseas Education is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end student counseling and admission processes for international education. The role involves managing inquiries, conducting detailed counseling sessions, assisting with university shortlisting, and guiding students through application, documentation, and visa procedures. The manager will coordinate with universities and partners, track application status, and ensure timely communication and follow-up.

Daily responsibilities include supervising counseling staff, maintaining accurate records and reports, supporting marketing and outreach activities, and ensuring a high-quality, ethical service experience for students and their families.



The role also requires staying updated on international education trends, admission requirements, and visa regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong student counseling and advisory skills, with experience guiding learners on international study options and career paths.
- Knowledge of overseas university admissions processes, documentation requirements, and visa application procedures for destinations such as the UK and Canada.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to conduct presentations, information sessions, and one-on-one counseling in a clear and professional manner.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Leadership and team management ability to supervise counseling staff, coordinate activities, and drive performance toward defined targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools) and comfort working with online application and documentation platforms.
- Familiarity with IELTS or other language test requirements; prior experience in test-preparation or coaching is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, management, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in overseas education consultancy or a similar student-facing role is highly beneficial.
