Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AM / Deputy Manager/ Manager Social Compliance to join our team at Marque Impex, Moradabad. The role involves ensuring adherence to international buyer compliance standards, managing social audits, and maintaining factory compliance as per regulatory and ethical guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export manufacturing and direct exposure to buyer audits such as BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, WRAP, and SA8000.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:Audit & Compliance Ensure compliance with international buyer standards such as BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, WRAP, and SA8000.

Conduct internal audits and prepare the factory for external and social audits proactively.

¢ Implement and monitor buyer Code of Conduct across all departments and operational areas.

¢ Handle audit documentation and ensure timely closure of all non-conformance and non-compliance issues.

¢ Prepare and implement CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) plans following audit findings.Labour Law & Factory Compliance¢ Maintain records related to labour laws, working hours, wages, and health & safety compliance.

¢ Ensure all statutory registers and compliance documentation are up to date and audit-ready at all times.

¢ Monitor factory-level compliance for fire safety, hygiene, worker welfare, and environmental standards.





¢ Support HR and production teams in implementing compliance requirements across the shop floor.Coordination¢ Coordinate with HR and production teams to ensure compliance adherence across all departments.

¢ Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and certification bodies for smooth audit execution.

¢ Act as the primary point of contact for international buyers on all compliance-related queries and requirements.

¢ Support cross-functional teams in understanding and implementing buyer-specific compliance requirements.Knowledge & Updates¢ Stay updated with the latest compliance regulations, buyer requirements, and international labour standards.

¢ Circulate compliance updates internally and conduct awareness sessions for relevant departments.

¢ Maintain a compliance calendar to track upcoming audits, renewals, and regulatory deadlines.

Skills:¢ Strong knowledge of social compliance standards BSCI, SEDEX, SMETA, WRAP, and SA8000.

¢ Hands-on experience in export or manufacturing industry compliance functions.

¢ Good understanding of labour laws and factory-level statutory compliance requirements.

¢ Solid documentation and audit handling skills with ability to manage CAPA and non-conformance reports.

¢ Effective communication and coordination abilities for liaising with auditors, buyers, and internal teams.

¢ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for compliance reporting and record management.
