Role: Manager HR

Designation: Sr Executive or Asst Manager

Experience : 2+ Years

CTC : 4.0 to 4.80 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Education: MBA- HR

Working Days : 5.5 Days a Week

Interview Mode : Face-to-Face (F2F)

About the Role: GIST is looking for a dynamic HR skilled to independently manage the overall HR function of the organization, including HR operations, HRBP activities, employee engagement, performance management and HR policies. The candidate will also support client coordination and account management whenever available bandwidth permits.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Management (Primary 75–80%)

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, onboarding, induction and exit formalities.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
- Implement HR policies, processes and statutory compliance.
- Manage employee grievances, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Drive performance management, appraisals and employee development.




- Partner with departmental heads on workforce planning and HR requirements.
- Monitor employee productivity, attrition and organizational effectiveness.

2. Client Coordination (Secondary – 20–25%)

- Coordinate with clients for routine operational and recruitment-related requirements.
- Manage client communication, follow-ups and feedback.
- Support client relationship management and query resolution.
- Assist with client MIS and periodic reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist / HRBP roles.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and HR business partnering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and HRMS tools preferred.
