Position: Manager - Housekeeping (Luxury Resort &

- Corporate Operations)

Location: Corporate Office / Township Operations (Mumbai)

Reporting To: General Manager - Facilities / Head of Operations

Operational Purpose To direct and elevate housekeeping operations across corporate executive zones and township assets by embedding 5-star luxury resort hospitality standards. Responsible for pristine visual presentation, immaculate hygiene, VIP protocol management, and seamless daily upkeep using resort-grade SOPs and service aesthetics.

Core Responsibilities

Resort-Grade Standards &

- Upkeep

- Implement 5-star luxury resort cleaning, turn-down, and surface maintenance protocols across corporate floors, executive suites, client lounges, and public spaces.

- Conduct rigorous daily inspections for high-touch areas, executive zones, and soft furnishings, enforcing a zero-defect visual presentation policy.

Team Leadership &
- Resort Service Training

- Lead, schedule, and direct shift rosters for internal housekeepers, floor supervisors, and third-party janitorial teams.

- Conduct ongoing hospitality training focused on resort guest etiquette, VIP service protocols, understated luxury delivery, and prompt response etiquette.

Vendor Control &
- SLA Compliance

Manage third-party housekeeping contractors, tracking daily attendance, SLA performance, service audits, and billing accuracy.

Inventory, Chemical &

- Equipment Management

- Oversee monthly inventory planning and consumption tracking for high-end cleaning chemicals, consumables, linens, and uniform upkeep.

- Maintain specialized resort-grade equipment (scrubber-driers, high-pressure washers, carpet extractors) and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

VIP &

- Event Handling

- Event Handling

- Lead deep cleaning and setup logistics for executive board meetings, corporate events, VIP delegations, and leadership functions.

- Coordinate with engineering and facilities teams to rectify structural, plumbing, lighting,



or climate control issues immediately.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Audit Compliance: Maintain a minimum 96% rating on monthly luxury cleanliness and visual aesthetic audits.

- TAT &
- SLA Management: Resolve logged service tickets and executive requests within 15 minutes.

- Vendor Efficiency: Ensure contractor attendance remains at 98%+ with zero operational disruption.

- Cost &

- Consumable Control: Maintain inventory consumption variance within 2% of monthly allocated OPEX budget.

Required Profile

- Mandatory Background: 4 to 8 years of core housekeeping management experience originating strictly from 5-Star Luxury Resorts or Premium Hotels (e.g., Oberoi, Taj, Marriott, ITC, or equivalent luxury properties).

- Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of luxury hotel/resort SOPs, premium stone and surface treatment, chemical safety, team leadership, vendor SLA enforcement, and executive-level hospitality etiquette.
