We are seeking a high-caliber Manager to lead our Bookkeeping & Compliance vertical. This role is designed for a strategic, detail-oriented professional who can operate at the intersection of accounting excellence, client relationship management, and cross-border team coordination.

The ideal candidate will not only ensure accuracy and compliance in financial operations but also act as a trusted partner to clients delivering insights, driving efficiency, and supporting decision-making across geographies.

Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Operations & Bookkeeping

- Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping for clients across US, India, and Singapore.
- Ensure timely and accurate book write-ups, reconciliations, and ledger management.
- Supervise and review monthly MIS preparation and closure with actionable insights.
- Maintain high standards of financial accuracy, compliance, and documentation.

2. CFO & Advisory Support

- Support delivery of virtual CFO services, including financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Translate financial data into strategic insights for client decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

3. Payroll & Compliance Management

- Manage and review multi-country payroll processing for global clients.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with external advisors where required.

4. Audit & Assurance Support

- Lead and coordinate statutory, internal, and client audits across geographies.
- Ensure audit readiness through proper documentation, reconciliations, and control frameworks.
- Act as a key liaison between clients, auditors, and internal teams.




- Address audit queries and drive timely closure of audit observations.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a primary point of contact for global clients.
- Build strong relationships with US-based teams and stakeholders.
- Lead client calls, present MIS reports, and address queries proactively.

6. Team Leadership & Coordination

- Manage and mentor a team of accountants and analysts.
- Drive productivity, accountability, and continuous skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery.

7. Process Excellence & Automation

- Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Ensure adoption of best-in-class tools and accounting systems.
- Establish SOPs and internal controls for scalable operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Qualified Indian CA or US CPA (mandatory).
- Robust foundation in accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS exposure preferred).
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, MIS reporting, financial close, and audit coordination.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with international stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across time zones and cultures.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in an outsourcing / shared services / global delivery model.
- Exposure to CFO advisory or financial consulting roles.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to drive process transformation and automation initiatives.
- Leadership mindset with a client-first approach.
