Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain accurate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the company's IT services & consulting projects.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management on strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for new projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Provide expert advice on financial matters related to project execution, risk management, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) or a similar role within an IT services or consulting organization.

- Robust background in budget analysis, budgeting, financial analysis, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.

- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data sets using tools such as Excel or other relevant software.
