Manager Data Science (AI Lead) Company: BUSINESSNEXT Job Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 6 - 10 years BUSINESSNEXT is looking for an experienced Manager Data Science (AI Lead) to lead AI initiatives focused on Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning. The role involves designing, developing, deploying, and commercializing production-grade AI solutions, managing AI project lifecycles, building scalable AI pipelines, and leading technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies, LLMs, Transformers, and cloud-based AI deployment.

Requirements: 610 years of experience in AI/ML, with strong expertise in Generative AI and NLP. Hands-on experience with GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, LLMs, Transformers, and agentic frameworks. Proven experience in commercializing multiple AI projects. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and deep learning techniques.

Experience deploying AI models into production at scale. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Hugging Face. Understanding of Computer Vision is an added advantage. Strong leadership and project management skills.

Experience managing multiple AI projects simultaneously. Ability to mentor technical teams while remaining hands-on with AI development.



Excellent problem-solving skills and a business-oriented approach. Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification. Good understanding of current technology trends and ultra-scalable systems. Robust communication skills and ability to collaborate with technology and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Lead AI projects focused on Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning. Provide technical guidance and hands-on development expertise in Generative AI technologies. Design, develop, and scale AI models across different business domains.

Build and implement AI models that meet business objectives and performance requirements. Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into production environments. Manage the complete AI project lifecycle, from ideation and research to prototyping, development, deployment, and commercialization.

Research emerging technologies and apply advancements in Generative AI and NLP to ongoing projects. Lead, mentor, and guide a team of AI engineers. Develop scalable, efficient, and robust AI pipelines and solutions.

Present project progress, technical findings, and commercialization strategies to stakeholders. Ensure AI models meet performance, accuracy, scalability, and ethical AI standards. .
