Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Civil to oversee the planning, scheduling, execution, and supervision of civil construction projects. The role involves managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements, while leading and coordinating project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in civil construction, project management, site supervision, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
2. Planning & Scheduling: Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, milestones, resource requirements, and progress reports to ensure timely project completion.
3. Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, including excavation, foundation, RCC and structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and coordination with MEP services.
4. Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors,



and other project personnel to ensure productive execution and productivity.
5. Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and vendors; monitor performance, work quality, and adherence to schedules.
6. Cost & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, material consumption, manpower, equipment, billing, and resource utilization to control costs and minimize wastage.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and applicable construction practices.
8. Safety & Compliance: Implement site safety procedures, monitor EHS practices, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and relevant regulations.
9. Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track planned versus actual progress, identify delays and execution challenges, implement corrective measures, and report project status to senior management. 10. Coordination & Problem-solving: Resolve site-level technical and operational issues and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
