Role Overview The Management Trainee will manage the day-to-day business operations of up to 3 offline clinics, ensuring they run smoothly, provide clients with a excellent experience, and perform well financially.

This is a hands-on, on-site role with strong growth potential for someone keen to build a career in healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

- Manage the daily operations of up to 3 offline clinics.
- Ensure smooth scheduling, staffing, shift planning, and clinic readiness.
- Set up and follow standard operating procedures across clinics.
- Coordinate with clinical, tech, and central operations teams.

P&L; and Business Performance

- Own the P&L; of the assigned clinics, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Track key metrics such as footfall, session utilisation, revenue,



and expenses.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Support growth plans and new clinic projects.

Client Experience

- Ensure every client has a warm, professional, and seamless experience.
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations promptly.
- Build processes that improve client satisfaction and retention.

Team Management

- Lead and support clinic staff, including front desk, support, and admin teams.
- Plan shifts, monitor attendance, and keep the team motivated and productive.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of clinic staff.

Qualifications

- MBA or MHA in HR or Health care preferred.
- Freshers with strong internship experience, or candidates with 0 –2 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service operations.

Mandatory Skills

- Leadership and team management.
- P&L; understanding and business management.
- Strong focus on client experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and advanced computer skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in healthcare or clinic operations.
- Knowledge of Malayalam, Tamil, or Kannada.
