Role Description The Management Information Systems Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing MIS dashboards and reports to support daily operations, sales, inventory, and production planning.

The specialist will collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting for leadership decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring key performance indicators, automating routine reports, troubleshooting data issues,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand information needs. The role also involves recommending process improvements, supporting system integrations, and clearly communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills for designing and managing business reporting frameworks.
- Candidates should possess solid Data Analytics and Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency in spreadsheets, database tools, and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools) are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in the Greater Delhi Area, with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
