Role: Senior Accounts Officer-Management Accounts

Location: WFH

US Shift: 8:00 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, CA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger Accounting, or Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Bank Reconciliations
- GL Analysis
- P&L; Review
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Accruals & Prepayments
- Month-End and Year-End Close Activities
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
