Key Responsibilities

- Store & Office Maintenance: Promptly resolve daily electrical, plumbing, civil, and basic AC issues (troubleshooting, filter cleaning) across retail stores and the corporate office.

- Carpentry & Fixtures: Inspect and repair furniture, doors, locks, hinges, cabinets, and display fixtures to keep facilities in top condition.

- Store Relocation & Brand Support: Support store setup, dismantling, furniture shifting, and visual display rearrangements alongside the project team.

- Preventive Inspections: Perform routine maintenance checks to identify and fix issues before they escalate.

- Reporting & Timelines: Maintain a daily log of complaints and completed tasks, track preventive schedules, report material needs in advance, and upload photo updates.

Requirements

- Education:



ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a relevant technical trade (preferred).

- Experience: Hands-on experience in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and AC maintenance.

- Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability, good communication, and time-management skills to prioritize urgent store needs.

- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (one rotational weekday off) with flexibility for emergency calls.
