- Key Responsibilities -

- To ensure availability, and efficiency of injection moulding machines and associated auxiliary equipment by carrying out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance while maintaining safety, quality, and production targets

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.

- Conduct predictive maintenance activities such as vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication management, and condition monitoring.

- Maintain machine health records and preventive maintenance history.

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures.

- Minimize machine downtime through quick and effective corrective actions.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of recent injection moulding machines.

- Maintain and troubleshoot of Cooling towers, CCS, RO and DM plant, MTC, Diesel Generators, Vacuum pumps, Hydraulic power units.

- Preparing Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and service records, other documents as required

- Raise purchase requisitions for maintenance consumables and spare parts.
