Role & responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and heavy machining equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain CNC turning machines, VMCs, HMCs and other heavy-duty machining equipment.
- Diagnose faults in PLCs, servo motors, servo drives, spindle drives and CNC control systems.
- Monitor machine downtime and implement corrective actions to improve equipment availability.
- Maintain maintenance records, MTTR, MTBF and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage critical spare parts and coordinate with machine manufacturers for technical support.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust knowledge of CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of PLCs, CNC controls, servo drives and electrical systems.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
