Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting and Repair: Quickly diagnose and repair electrical faults, power issues, and machinery breakdowns on production lines.

- Preventive Maintenance: Develop, schedule, and execute regular maintenance checks on electrical systems, motors, and control panels to avoid factory downtime.

- Installation and Testing: Install, maintain, and test new electrical wiring, lighting systems, and manufacturing equipment.

- Industrial Automation: Work with plant machinery, instrumentation, and control equipment common in quick-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and cosmetic manufacturing setups.

- Safety Compliance:



Ensure all work adheres strictly to industrial safety protocols, factory regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with mechanical fitters and production teams to support smooth daily operations.

Typical Job Requirements

- Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or diploma in Electrical Engineering / NCVT / Electronics.

- Experience: Generally ranges from 10 to 12+ years of hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (e.g., cosmetic, pharma, or chemical plants).

- Key Skills: Electrical maintenance, panel wiring, industrial automation basics, use of testing devices, and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
