Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Luxury Jewellery Consultant with strong exposure to handling HNI and UHNI clients. The candidate should have excellent communication, refined presentation and relationship management skills, along with a robust understanding of luxury jewellery and personalised client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with HNI and UHNI clientele.
- Provide personalised jewellery consultations based on clients' preferences and requirements.
- Handle high-value sales and exclusive jewellery collections.
- Deliver exceptional luxury shopping experiences.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of premium clients.
- Drive sales, repeat business and client referrals.




- Manage client follow-ups and provide excellent after-sales service.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in luxury jewellery or high-end luxury retail is mandatory.
- Prior experience handling HNI / UHNI clients.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Well-groomed, confident and sophisticated personality.
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and fine jewellery.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions professionally.
