Key Responsibilities • Development of backend services and APIs using Java 8, Spring, & Spring Boot.

- Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions for a complex banking workplace.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate services and ensure seamless data flow.
- Perform advanced database operations and optimization on Oracle DB.
- Champion code quality through diligent JUnit testing and code reviews.
- Contribute to our CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and logs using Splunk.
- Work proactively and take initiative to solve problems and suggest improvements.
- Participate in our daily agile scrum calls, contributing to a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in Core Java and a deep understanding of the Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.




- Proven experience with Oracle DB, including complex query writing and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like Angular (including component creation and module implementation) is highly beneficial.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and practical experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
- Expertise in unit testing with JUnit and a commitment to TDD (Test-Driven Development).
- Experience in an agile methodology for iterative development, collaboration, and rapid delivery Preferred Skills • Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and a keen interest in leveraging AI for business automation.
- Experience with other monitoring tools besides Splunk.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
