Warehouse Stock Management & Counting: Perform regular physical stock counts (daily/weekly) for cement bags and track inventory against records. Reconcile physical inventory with logbooks or ERP/software systems; record damaged or missing stock. Ensure proper storage practices to prevent cement bag damage, moisture exposure, or stock degradation.

Processing & Customer Coordination: Receive and record incoming orders from contractors, dealers, and retail clients (via phone, email, or WhatsApp). Prepare delivery orders/invoices and verify client credentials and delivery requirements. Respond to customer inquiries regarding stock availability and delivery timelines.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with drivers, transport vendors, and fleet operators for timely vehicle loading and dispatch. Track dispatches from loading at the warehouse to final delivery at client sites/construction projects. Prepare shipping manifests, waybills, and gate passes.
