Core Job Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock inward/outward entries

Transportation & Fleet Coordination: Manage dispatch schedules, route optimization, vehicle tracking, drivers, and field logistics staff

Vendor & Carrier Management: Negotiate freight and logistics costs, evaluate 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) performance, and manage transport contracts

Order Fulfillment & SLAs: Track deliveries, resolve customer complaints regarding transit damages or shortages, and maintain service level agreements

Compliance & Documentation: Handle export/import or domestic dispatch paperwork, including e-way bills, invoices, delivery challans, and safety/regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial fields or a general graduation),



often preferred with an MBA or PGDM in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

Experience:

- Mid-to-Senior Level: 3 to 10+ years in manufacturing, FMCG, cold chain, pharma, or export-import houses (common in hubs like Dhulagari/Howrah).

Entry/Center-Level: 0 to 2 years (freshers occasionally hired for junior/dark-store or center manager roles) Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP, WMS/ERP platforms, advanced Excel, and data analytics

Soft Skills:Strong negotiation, team leadership, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving under tight dispatch deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
