– LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Reports To: Operations Manager / Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily transportation and dispatch activities.
- Arrange vehicles for timely movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, suppliers, and customers.
- Monitor vehicle availability, loading, unloading, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery and track shipments.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
- Monitor freight charges and control transportation costs.
- Maintain logistics, vehicle, and delivery records.
- Resolve transportation delays and delivery-related issues.
- Submit daily logistics and dispatch reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management.




- 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or transportation.
- Knowledge of freight management and transport documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Manufacturing or textile industry experience preferred.

Overall Responsibility: Ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective transportation and delivery of goods. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
